I got a blooming onion from Outback steak house one time and it was good but whatever oil they used made me feel so gross I couldn’t finish it. The sauce it comes with is really good too.
These things are delicious but they fill me up so quickly

Ugh so jealous right now. Our local Outback closed down recently and we were devastated by the news. We’d stop in for drinks and takeout randomly a few times a year…. Otherwise never thought about them and now they’re gone 🥲
